Force Majeure

In the event of any failure or delay to perform any contract as a result of the said causes such contracts, at Doodleman Ltd's discretion, may be varied or cancelled by Doodleman Ltd or delivery may be wholly or partly suspended and time for delivery may be extended by Doodleman Ltd without Doodleman Ltd being liable to the Buyer or being deemed to be in breach of contract.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Doodleman Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Doodleman Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Doodleman Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Doodleman Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
